What's the source for the information that the ST31000333AS with firmware SD15-SD19 has the NCQ/Cache Flush issue? (albeit less of a problem than on the 1.5TB drives).

I ask, because in an online conversation I just had with a Seagate tech, he flatly denied that there's a problem with the ST31000333AS, and stated that SD15 was the latest firmware for that model anyway.
